Last week, Michal Kotnowski, Partner at TENETO Consulting has conducted a 2-day Customer Service Strategy Workshop organized by KBridges International in Brunei Darussalam. During the event attendees from insurance, oil and gas and telco organizations were experiencing the good and bad situations connected with customer service as well as learing the principles and consequences of their own decisions. The event featured the TENETO's flagship Customer Games business simulation which enables the players to feel and understand the actions and reactions in day to day operations on the customer service front and back-end.
According to the assessment forms filled in by attendees, the game was the great success and allowed them to better understand the way the customers experience the customer service.
