In April 2011 TENETO Consulting surveyed 120 top executives in Poland. This research clearly indicated that more than 67% of them perceived interactive simulation workshops as an excellent tool to enhance organizational effectiveness by improving sales processes and customer service quality. Additionally 39% admitted to leveraging this activity to build up team collaboration and 66% confirmed positive impact on adopting CRM approach.
