Oracle has just announced that it has acquired RightNow, one of the leading suppliers of cloud solutions helping companies handle customer interactions across a multitude of channels, including call and contact centers, the Web and social networks. This acquisition is expected to bring long anticipated innovation to Oracle’s flagship cloud application offering CRM OnDemand.
